A full-scale trade pavilion designed for high footfall, brand clarity, and seamless visitor flow across a multi-day exhibition.
Overview
Project One was conceived as a flagship exhibition presence for a commercial partner seeking a polished, Gulf-standard booth experience in Doha.
Our team coordinated concept design, spatial planning, fabrication oversight, and on-site management from consultation through opening day.
The brief called for a memorable visitor journey — clear product storytelling, comfortable meeting zones, and operational reliability under peak traffic.
Challenge
Deliver a premium pavilion under a compressed timeline while balancing brand visibility, guest hospitality areas, and technical AV requirements within a fixed footprint.
Solution
We developed a modular layout with a strong entrance moment, dedicated demo stations, and a quiet meeting lounge. Décor, lighting, and logistics were sequenced so build and content installation could run in parallel without compromising finish quality.
Outcome
The pavilion opened on schedule, maintained steady visitor engagement throughout the event, and gave the client a reusable spatial concept for future exhibitions.
