Project Two focused on delivering a refined conference environment where content, hospitality, and timing all felt intentional.
King supported stage dressing, seating arrangements, registration flow, and coordination between technical and guest-facing teams.
The goal was a professional atmosphere suited to regional business audiences — elegant, efficient, and free of operational friction.
Challenge
Manage multiple speaker sessions, VIP movements, and breakout transitions without delaying the programme or overcrowding common areas.
Solution
We mapped a minute-by-minute run of show, separated VIP and general guest paths, and staged décor and technical cues so each session reset quickly and cleanly between blocks.
Outcome
Sessions ran to schedule, guest feedback highlighted smooth registration and stage presence, and the host retained a repeatable conference playbook.
